What is Pass Plus?

Pass Plus is further training for new drivers designed specifically by the DSA to give you greater experience of driving. Statistics show that new drivers are more likely to have an accident in the first two years of passing their test due to a lack of driving experience than at any other time in their driving life.

Through the completion of the Pass Plus modules you are building on your existing skills and knowledge, with the added benefit of teaching you to anticipate, plan and deal with all kinds of hazards, aiding you to become more confident on the road. Not only do you benefit from greater confidence when completing your course but a number of insurance companies offer substantial discounts for those drivers who are Pass Plus certificated.

Pass Plus is made up of 6 practical modules which include:-

1. In Town Driving
2. All Weather Driving
3. Out of Town Driving
4. Night Driving
5. Dual Carriageways
6. Motorways
